PRE-ORDER POLICY

This is for all new pre-orders for Funko POPS and Funko Bundles.

We recommended separating in-stock and pre-order items. Orders with pre-order items will not ship until pre-order items arrive.

By placing a pre-order with Top Shop Toys, you will have first priority from our shipment. If there are any manufacturing mishaps/shortages/acts of god, you are essentially guaranteed the item you pre-ordered. Your pre-order will be shipped as soon as we receive stock.

Pre -Order Policy Below:

We require that pre-order items are paid for when ordered. The customer is charged immediately at the time of purchase. This will give you top priority over everyone else. 

We ask that pre orders are done separately from in stock items. This helps us not to hold back your in stock items you may want. 

Dates for Pre-Order due in are tentative, there is always a possibility of a delay. However we will keep you update with email notification. If the item is cancelled by the manufacturer then we will cancel the order and you will be refunded immediately. 

If you wish to cancel a pre-order, then we will charge a 15% cancellation fee. This is taken out of your refund. 

We ship as soon as we receive the items in stock. We inspect all boxes/items and make sure there is no damage. If your order had multiple items then the order will ship when all items are in stock.
